Macomb County restaurants compete in best mac-and-cheese bracket

This calendar year, March Insanity is using on a new, noodle-y condition for Macomb County people and visitors: The county has introduced its 2nd once-a-year Mac Madness, in which neighborhood dining establishments compete for the title of owning the most effective macaroni and cheese dish in the county.
