One particular of the city’s largest employed e book gross sales is returning for the initial time because 2019.
The Orchard Residences Country Existence Club is filling up with titles, from unusual to historic to almost new, for the AAUW-PDK-WMREA Applied Book Sale.
“I cannot say there are a million, but it feels like there are thousands,” explained Ann Sharkey, co-chair of the sale.
The donations appear in from the group and by way of solicitations from their mailing checklist.
“We have been extremely pleasantly surprised at the high-quality of the donations and the Missoula general public is just great at supporting this sale, not only in donations but in coming again and acquiring publications,” she said.
The books are priced at $2 an inch, stacked and measured at purchase.
The sale operates Thursday-Sunday, April 21-24, at the club, situated at 2537 S. Third St. W. Right here are the hours:
- Thursday, April 21: 10 a.m.-7 p.m., with a $5 admission fee from 10 a.m.-noon.
- Friday, April 22: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Saturday, April 23: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Sunday, April 24: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.: $10 bag sale (carry baggage).
