Mexican Fiesta was started in 1962 by Sam and Frances Alvarado. The cafe grew, opening spots in Canton and Hartland and operated by family customers.

Underneath the reopening recommendations, Alvarado said they are working at less than the 50% potential permitted and they are short-staffed.
