A 20-12 months-old lady from Loxahatchee was arrested Wednesday morning as a suspect in a real estate plan explained to have stolen virtually $300,000 from dozens of victims throughout Lee and 5 other counties.

Tabria Anorria Josey was arrested by agents with the Florida Office of Law Enforcement. She faces charges of scheme to defraud, grand theft, cash laundering, aggravated white-collar crime and communications fraud.

FDLE brokers say Josey listed attributes for sale on various actual estate sites with out the owners’ knowledge and would usually impersonate the owners. When a sufferer committed to purchasing the property, Josey would act as the title agent facilitating the closing.
