This light-filled home with a casually modern aesthetic was designed by Fergon Architects in collaboration with Amy Storm & Company, located in Hinsdale, Illinois. The home was created for an active young couple who desired a youthful, urban, and simplistic feel to their dwelling.
The homeowners were originally city dwellers who desired a home in the suburbs with a desire for more greenery and a strong sense of community. They requested living spaces where they could relax and unwind, whether it be in their home theater or spa-like bathroom. There is also a gym where they can continue their passion for an active lifestyle. Continue below to see the rest of this fabulous home tour…

A Zip HydroTap was installed to instantly transform water — filtered, boiling, chilled, and sparkling. This necessitated a closet space behind the cabinet to house the CO2 tank. There is also a passageway that leads through the pantry and into the dining room.
